Australia – some other world

My dream place. I’ve been there three times. The first time I went to Australia was in 2005. I instantly fell in love with it and the flame is still going strong. The second time was in 2014. and the third time in 2016. And if you ask me, I’d go there again and again. And then again some more. πŸ™‚

I remember the day I was travelling there for the first time, it was snowing like crazy in Croatia, we had to switch cars so we can get to the airport. It was my first plane ride and I was travelling with my sister, she was getting back home. It was a long trip, around 24 hours I’d say. As usual I may have slept 2 hours all together. My sister was awake for 2 hours all together. But it was so worth it.

When we got out of the plane, in Melbourne, a whole new world. An amazing one. πŸ™‚ A beautiful feeling, a feeling like I was on another planet. You could just sense it’s another continent.
My brother in law bought me a cowboy hat and a net over the face so that I can start helping on their farm. πŸ˜€
It was night time when we arrived in a small town of Myrtleford, around 300 km away from Melbourne. We said hello to everyone at the farm and went to bed all excited, so I didn’t see much of it. But when I woke up in the morning and looked outside the window, I was pleasantly surprised. An amazing view was just waiting for me.

I knew then this was going to be the trip of my life. And it was..
